This position is not guaranteed hours, its as needed based on availability. However it will require at least part time throughout the first 4-8 weeks for training.
This is a shared role supporting Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Pediatric Neuropsychology. This team member will be cross-trained across Pediatric Neurosciences and will perform a variety of clinical and clerical tasks

Scope of work
This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team member delivers quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services. This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Rooming patients and preparing them for provider visits.
Making patient phone calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and information gathering.
Administrative support, such as managing records and assisting with paperwork.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required within 90 Days
2 years of Insurance billing, access management, patient financial services, electronic health records, lab service support experience Preferred
2 years of clinical care experience Preferred
