Our client, a manufacturing leader in the industry, is seeking several dedicated Assemblers to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate pride, ownership, and accountability for safety and quality, along with strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler / Machine Operator

Location: West Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $21.00/hr

Shift: 6 :00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday + Overtime

What's the Job?

• Operate within one or more areas in a continuous flow manufacturing process to meet production and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Monitor processes using meters, gauges, and controls to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Follow established procedures for operating conventional and CNC manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, forming, drilling, and stamping.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Willingness to work physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving materials.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in team environments.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
