What You'll Do
Assemble parts and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Inspect components for quality and detail.
Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly.
Help identify and resolve quality issues.
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work around machinery.
Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
