We’re searching for a talented Multi-Category Designer to craft stunning seasonal collections on our Women’s lifestyle brand. You’ll combine your artistic vision and technical expertise to transform concepts into striking finished products, collaborating closely with product development, merchandising, and technical teams to push the boundaries of surf lifestyle fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative seasonal collections across multiple categories in women’s lifestyle categories including knits, cut & sew, woven and denim.
  • Design mood boards, select trend-savvy color palettes and fabrics aligned with brand identity.
  • Develop detailed technical flats and garment illustrations using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Research trends in surf, streetwear, and lifestyle markets to inspire fresh design elements.
  • Lead garment fittings, perfecting fit, proportion, and finishing details.
  • Craft comprehensive tech packs using PLM systems, including sketches, measurements, and construction notes.
  • Partner with suppliers on fabric sourcing, knit development, washes, and dye techniques.
  • Collaborate across merchandising and product development teams to meet market demands and profitability goals.
  • Contribute to in-studio photo shoots by styling key looks, adding your creative touch when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of design experience, preferably in women’s lifestyle, or denim.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Proficiency with PLM systems and garment development processes.
  • Deep understanding of fit, patternmaking, and garment construction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
