Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor specializing in paint, drywall, and general trades to support a variety of construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate or crew will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality finishes, working efficiently under deadlines, and adhering to job site safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Drywall:
Install, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a smooth surface ready for paint or texture.
Perform drywall patching and repair work as required.
Ensure wall systems meet code and specifications.
Painting:
Prepare surfaces including sanding, caulking, patching, and priming.
Apply paint, stains, varnishes, or coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Match and mix paints to required specifications.
General Trades:
Perform minor carpentry, framing, trim work, and other general construction-related tasks.
Assist with installation of doors, windows, hardware, blocking, and fixtures.
Support site cleanup and job staging activities as needed.
