About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Financial Planning and Analysis. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in supporting the enterprise's growth and decision-making processes. A minimum of 8 years' finance experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, is required. The ideal candidate will be a business partner for the entire organization, collaborating with various units and serving as a strategic advisor to the CFO. Essential skills include a thorough knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting, as well as the ability to evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement. The role also involves leading the development of financial models, conducting various financial analyses, and supporting the CFO in ad-hoc financial tasks. The Executive Director will be expected to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and to identify and implement opportunities for innovation within the FP&A function.
