As a Furniture Shop Technician you will be responsible for providing high quality repairs for every customer. This hourly PLUS BONUS position is located at our main warehouse in Franklin Furnace Ohio. Hours for this position are 10 hour shifts, 4 days a week. The Furniture Shop Technician is responsible for repairing damaged furniture and restoring it to a "like new" condition.

The duties and expectations of this job are as follows:

• Custom build furniture or furniture parts as needed.
• Restore stock furniture back to new or better than factory condition.
• Repair or restore customer owned furniture.
• Complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Responsible for creating and finishing work order billing for repaired furniture.
• Properly tagging and scanning pieces when moving to or from holding areas.
• Monthly bonus incentives, up to $400.

Additional tasks, both within the scope of this position and outside of it, will be assigned and are expected to be completed within the agreed upon time frame.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or GED preferred.
• Carpentry or woodworking experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
