Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance This position is responsible for always maintaining the physical integrity of the grounds and clubhouse. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance related experience including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain a clean appearance of grounds, clubhouse, office & common areas daily. Assist with cleaning the model apartment. Abide by OSHA standards. Be aware of Federal Fair Housing guidelines as taught by employer Complete the required training modules assigned by the company. Assists with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured. Assists with the apartment make ready process for vacant units. Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements. Appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, carpentry, locks and sheet rock maintenance and repair duties. Use of basic hand tools and power tools. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed. Additional duties as assigned.
