Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to work in an environment focused on accuracy and efficiency in data management. The role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and ensure precision in all tasks. Responsibilities: - Input medical-related data accurately and efficiently into designated systems. - Organize and maintain records and files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. - Utilize Excel software to manage, analyze, and update data as required. - Adhere to business casual dress code, including closed-toe shoes, to maintain a neat and appropriate appearance. - Follow established procedures and guidelines to uphold data integrity. - Assist in training and transitioning tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations. - Work part-time hours, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling within operational hours. - Demonstrate reliability and punctuality to support consistent team performance. Requirements - Minimum of one year of experience in data entry or related field. - Proficiency in using Excel and other data management tools. - Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in all tasks. - Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with team members. - High level of reliability and commitment to fulfilling work obligations. - Excellent organizational skills for managing files and documentation. - Familiarity with medical data or terminology is a plus. - Adherence to business casual dress code, including closed-toe shoes.
