Únete a nuestro equipo como Obrero General, donde serás una parte fundamental de nuestras operaciones. Serás responsable de cargar y descargar materiales, asegurando el manejo, almacenamiento y preparación seguros y eficientes de productos de concreto prefabricado. Este puesto requiere trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas, manipular materiales pesados y operar maquinaria, todo mientras se mantiene un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.

Responsabilidades

• Cargar y descargar materiales de hasta 50 libras bajo el sol.
• Realizar diversas tareas físicamente exigentes relacionadas con el concreto prefabricado.
• Manipular y almacenar productos de concreto prefabricado de manera segura y eficiente.
• Operar maquinaria necesaria para la preparación de productos de concreto.
• Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro.
• Trabajar al aire libre en todo tipo de condiciones climáticas.

Habilidades Esenciales

• Capacidad para realizar tareas generales de trabajo físico.
• Experiencia trabajando al aire libre y levantando objetos pesados.
• Conocimiento de prácticas de concreto y construcción.

Habilidades y Calificaciones Adicionales

• Se requiere dominio del español; se prefiere que sea bilingüe.

Ambiente de Trabajo

El puesto opera en el primer turno, con horario de 6:00 AM a 3:30 PM, de lunes a viernes. Los candidatos deben estar disponibles para trabajar algunos o la mayoría de los sábados. El rol implica trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas, manipular materiales pesados y seguir protocolos de seguridad.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
