We are hiring a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer and Media Specialist to support agents across Winchester, East Lexington, and surrounding central Kentucky areas. You do not need professional photography experience. We will train you and provide all gear, however, drone experience or a Part 107 license is a major plus, and you must be willing to get licensed quickly if you are not already.

This job is flexible, people-centered, and full of variety. You will visit beautiful homes, meet great clients, and represent a mission-driven brand that values integrity, service, and a job well done.

What You Will Do

• Travel to properties to capture listing photos, drone media, and video clips
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Follow checklists, manage gear, and stay on time
• Upload files daily, no editing required
• Represent our brand with kindness, reliability, and professionalism
• Upsell additional services when appropriate

Drone License Requirement

Drone work is a large part of this role. You must have a Part 107 license or be willing to obtain it quickly.
We cover the cost and provide study materials. You bring the effort and commitment.

Must Haves

• Live within 20 miles of Winchester, KY
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Clear, confident communication skills
• Teachable, humble, reliable, and detail oriented
• Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet
• Available 20 to 30 hours weekly, mainly Monday to Friday 9 to 5
• Willing to train nearly full time during onboarding
• Drone license or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Videography experience is a plus

Pay and Schedule

• Paid training at $20 per hour
• Standard small photo jobs start at $25
• Typical jobs range from $35 to $55 plus IRS mileage reimbursement
• Bonus pay for night shoots
• 20 to 30 hours per week depending on demand
