• Document & Mail Services: Print, bind, laminate, and assemble legal documents while managing incoming/outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and tracking.
• Equipment & Site Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep, log activities, and ensure efficient operations in a law firm setting.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist with hospitality tasks like kitchen setup, supply management, and event space restocking while providing coverage across departments.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• 1-3 years of experience and high school/GED
• Understanding of print and mail equipment
