Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Product Manager II - HomeUI & A/B Experiment Focus in San Mateo, CA to implement feature planning sessions across multiple scrum teams and present directions back to HomeUI TG lead & Product Management team. Requires a Master’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience engaging with company consoles and platforms to help users find, learn, and onboard new features; driving partner teams and other stakeholders to deliver systems and tools to enable solutions to be built, tested, and deployed; utilizing Agile framework to enable the development of cloud-native platforms, applications, and data-driven solutions; planning customer business outcomes and working with the engineering team to determine and deliver the best technical outcomes; architecting key system infrastructure including APIs, data models, and integrations; synthesizing industry trends and competition to contribute towards product strategy for company platform; conducting data analysis and assisting user research teams with surveys, interviews, and complete focus group testing; initiating daily standup meetings and streamlining product communication to core team members; organizing, preparing, and facilitating planning sessions and estimations for future sprints; and negotiating with multiple cross-functional teams including third-party vendors, legal, and marketing. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.
