Virtual Recruiter Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm. Job Description Summary: The Recruiter is in charge of reviewing and keeping track of the profiles sent to Clients and guaranteeing a deal is matched with a suitable profile. They thoroughly analyze candidate profiles to propose suitable matches for clients, coordinate interviews, and ensure a good client / candidate experience throughout the Matchmaking process. Monthly Salary: 1030 USD Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following : Analyzing profiles and proposing suitable matches. Updating and managing databases. Attending weekly team and departmental meetings. Reviewing and updating Job Requisitions / Candidates' profiles on Workday. Managing client communication via Zendesk. Managing candidate communication via Email and WhatsApp. Reviewing Job Requisitions and candidates' resumes using the Matchmaking Toolbox. Requesting documentation based on clients' requests. Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients. Key Skills: Organization. Attention to detail. Time management. Strategic planning. Fast-paced. Works well under pressure. Tech-savvy. Good communication skills (verbal / written). Proactive. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience. Intermediate Excel skills Numerically and data savvy.
