Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a full-cycle Corporate Recruiter responsible for the company’s recruitment, interviewing and selection process for all positions across multi-sites and multi-states. Champion a ‘best in class’ recruitment experience for applicants and hiring managers marketing MEI as an employer of choice. Perform full cycle recruiting tasks to include talent requisition management, resume sourcing and interview screening, candidate slate generation, offer extension & negotiations, and onboarding activities. Coordinate with Hiring Managers to prepare and/or select job descriptions for new and existing positions. Coordinate and establish interviewing schedules with hiring managers. Heavily leverage job boards and social media to source candidates. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for existing and future openings. Lead weekly recruiting calls with hiring managers regarding recruiting activity. Review, process, and track candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers on applicants’ status. Serve as a partner to the business/hiring managers providing clarification and direction on recruitment process and best practices. Administer pre-employment and post offer process to include background checks, drug screening, condition of employment sign offs, etc. Provide employee data and employee file management as they relate to recruitment. In conjunction with Talent Acquisition Manager conduct community outreach to establish partnerships in your markets i.e., State Employment Divisions, Veterans, Trade schools, etc. Coordinate and manage online, college, and community career fairs. Responsible for understanding, interpreting, and complying with all state and federal laws as they relate to the recruitment, hiring, and employment practices. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent years of work experience. Minimum of three (3) years’ high-volume full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience to include passive candidate generation. Minimum of one (1) year Applicant Tracking system experience. Minimum of one (1) year experience working remotely from a home office is beneficial. Intermediate level skillset working with Microsoft Office to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint. Ability to function in the role, with meeting all job responsibilities in both Spanish and English languages. Preferred Qualifications Skilled trades sourcing and recruiting experience. AIRS or other recruiting certification. ADP Workforce Now applicant tracking system experience.
