Position Details:

• Schedule: Work 3 out of 4 weekends each month
  • Option 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7am-7p or 7pm-7am)
  • Option 2: Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7am-7p or 7pm-7am)
• Competitive pay rates offered for weekend commitment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver the highest quality of care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Delaware
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
