*Director of Rehab (DOR) – Physical Therapist*
*Location:* Omak, Washington (Hospital-based: Inpatient/Outpatient)

*Coverage: *Secondary coverage in Brewster, Washington

*Salary:* $120K–$130K/year, DOE

*Housing: *$1000 housing allowance - 1st six months of employment

*Schedule:* Full-time

*What You’ll Do:*

* Lead daily rehab operations and support a collaborative, multi-discipline therapy team
* Provide patient care alongside your leadership responsibilities
* Manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and department goals
* Develop programs and ensure compliance and clinical excellence
* Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and referral partners

*What You’ll Need:*

* Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
* WA PT license (or eligibility)
* 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
