This includes ensuring compliance with all CLIA regulatory requirements, maintaining high-quality laboratory testing, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Education Required :Bachelor s degree AND 4 years lab training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties performed; OR Master s degree AND 2 years lab training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties performed; OR ...Licensed MD/DO.DPM or PhD AND certified in clinical pathology OR 1-year lab training or experience in the high complexity testing specialties performed ....Minimum of 5 years experience in a clinical laboratory with 3 years of microbiology and blood bank required. ** Must meet CLIA 88 requirements as a supervisor **Certification as a medical technologist or diplomate of Laboratory Management by an appropriate accrediting agency, ie., ASCP, AMT, NCA or equivalent. Staffing: Approximately 20 25 FTEs across all shifts Heads up on some compliance items: Tdap is required-expires every 10 years. Declination not allowed.
