Multiple Shifts Available Weekend and holiday availability is required. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and perform security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers, along with checking credentials of vehicles and individuals entering or leaving the premises. Available Security Officer Positions Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols, detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts or other criminal activity. Gatehouse: Greet residents and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, announce visitors, control access to the property. Front Desk: Customer service, access control, greet residents and guests, monitor CCTV, announce visitors, distribute packages. Qualifications At least 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid state licensing, if applicable Strong customer service skills Familiarity with report writing Monitoring and surveillance experience Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks Previous security experience is not required but is a PLUS Must pass a background check Active level 2 security license Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other, Information Technology, and Management Industries: Security and Investigations Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Marksman Security.
