Veterinary Practice Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a

As our Practice Manager, you'll work closely with the Managing DVM and Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily hospital operations, lead a talented team, and drive both client satisfaction and business performance. This position is ideal for someone who loves building strong teams, improving efficiency, and creating a positive, professional environment for pets and people alike.

You Will Love - Managing, planning, coordinating the practice's overall operations, and cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Partnering with the Regional Operations Manager to develop long-term practice vision and goals
- Developing your team by utilizing things like regular staff meetings, and annual reviews
- Maintaining compliance with organizations like OSHA and the DEA
- Managing client retention through demonstrating and reinforcing exceptional client service
- Managing all financial responsibilities such as payroll, accounts receivable, pricing, inventory, etc.
- Partner with Hospital Leadership to lead team, ensure a great hospital culture and financial success for the clinic
What We're Looking For - 3+ years of management experience in veterinary or human medicine (required)
- CVPM certification preferred ; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills
- Business and financial acumen, with confidence managing budgets and KPIs
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong emotional intelligence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and practice management software
