Start your new career as a Yard Jockey with MAU at Kimberly-Clark in Hendersonville, NC. As a Yard Jockey, you will support warehouse and logistics operations by safely and efficiently moving trailers within the facility yard, maintaining housekeeping standards, and assisting with general labor tasks inside the warehouse.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and twist throughout shift
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Knowledge of and experience with yard driver (switcher) responsibilities (CDL not required)
• Must follow all PPE and GMP standards
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow direct supervision and work in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do as a Yard Jockey:

• Safely move trailers within the warehouse yard and to/from dock doors
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues promptly
• Clean and inspect trailers before placement at docks
• Place safety equipment (chocks and jack stands) as needed
• Unload raw materials and verify incoming shipments
• Pull and locate production from conveyor lines
• Assist with wrapping rolls for shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the yard and warehouse
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication
• Represent MAU and Kimberly-Clark professionally at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational flow
• Perform other duties as assigned
