The Phlebotomist Float role at Labcorp involves performing blood collections using various techniques across multiple locations, providing specimen preparation and patient data management. As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This unique role will allow you to develop your skills and set you up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization. If you like variety, this role is perfect for you!
Work Schedule: Flexibility to work a varied schedule (8 hr shifts) between the hours of 6:30am & 5:00pm Monday-Friday
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Work Location: Panama City, Destin, and Port St. Joe, FL
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
